A Windows 8 Shell for WPF
Many people will not be able to upgrade to Windows 8 right away for various reasons. However, there is nothing to stop you from designing your XAML applications to have a similar look and feel. In this seminar you will learn how to create a Windows 8 style shell in XAML. You will learn to create user controls for buttons, a communication system, and a set of “Tiles” you can use to launch features of your application. All of this can be done in Visual Studio 2010 and 2012 without running Windows 8.
